Return & Shipping Policy

Hat orders can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to ship. You will be notified at the time of ordering the estimated time, and a tracking number will be provided to confirm shipping.

Fit Exchange

Each Skullflower hat is handmade to order. If your hat arrives and the fit isn’t quite right, we offer one size exchange or adjustment within 7 days of delivery. Hats must be unworn and returned in original condition.

Custom and Relic pieces are eligible for fit adjustments only and are not refundable.

We highly recommend reviewing our sizing guide and hat customization options carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about sizing or customization, please don't hesitate to contact us before finalizing your order.

In the rare case that your hat arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to arrange a replacement.
